Welp. It's a new day, new year. I just wanted to wish everyone here happy holidays!

It's almost the end of october and that means octobit is ending. I was trying to post every day, hoping that I'd post more in the future, but as time progressed, the pixel art began to feel more rushed and I stopped at ~21st.

I feel dissapointed about having to stop. Still though, I'm happy about dabbling in all different styles of pixel art. The focus of the pixel art shifted from just daily posting to experimentation. At many points, I looked up other people's pixel art and I was inspired by a lot of people. Because of Octobit some cool pixel art people were more promoted and that's great!

Rambling aside, I'm both sad and happy about my first Octobit year, and I will definitely do it next year (if I don't get swallowed by school work, meh :/ ).

Also, for those who are following me, I want to post less often because I want to make sure the art I post is REALLY GOOD. Not some mediocre character designs that were made in the motions. I want to do some research and experiment more with the artwork. What I want to experiment with more is storytelling through art. I've always had so many characters, but I don't think anyone was too interested because I didn't show you guys WHO these guys are.

With a tentative schedule, I will be posting more storyboard art posts. Hopefully this content will be more inspirational or interesting!

So. I'm planning to post everyday of October. It's going to be a lot of work, but I think doing Octobit with the pixel art will make it easier than the last two Inktobers I've done.

I don't know if I'll have a theme for my artworks. For the first one I wanted to draw a durian, for many reasons. Other than that, I'll probably default to more character designs.

Maybe I can get some ideas from whoever reads these posts. Thanks!

well, I've been posting for the last couple weeks pretty successful every Monday and Thursday, but now I'm out of artworks. I might need to start posting sketches or something.

Hello! I know that I've been posting irregularly for the last couple years, so I've decided to post every Monday and Thursday. This will be a way to counter my procrastination and maybe help followers know when to expect new art. So yeah!

Hello there! Just wanted to say I've been out of school for a couple weeks now and been working on finalizing the entry series character designs such as Lord vonBlute. He was fun to work on, although the paper mache model that I've been working on of him is a pain. Anyways, I've got maybe a couple characters coming as well as more finalized character design. Here's a screenshot:

So yeah. I don't know if any followers want me to work on something else or focus on character design. I've never gotten suggestions from any followers, worry too much; if you have any suggestions, always just PM me or comment. ANyways, see you later! :D

Hello! Wanted to post an update on what's going on. I'm working on two fairly good-sized projects, one of them being a Christmas present for my family (because I don't have $ to get something, I'm just going to paint them something). Besides this, just got the first snowfall of the year (whoo!), so I've been having a lot of time to work. Paintings isn't really on my list at the moment, so I'll continue working on ink drawings.

Hello! Just wanted to say that I'm on break for school and hopefully I will have more time to work on characters designs and other things. Also want to show a small pic of the digital painting that I'm working on. It's been a while since I last posted something more nicer than colored line drawings.
