I'm gonna try to fix the overall effect, even though it's my best artwork I've ever done, I feel it has no as much energy and feelings as I wanted to achieve, but maybe I just have to adjust values a little.

Is your lighting adding color to the drawing? If so, it looks really cool :D

If not, it still is cool XD

I'm loving the effect of the inks, how they leave almost water stains.

To frame the picture better maybe cut off the white edges or turn the image a tad bit counter-clockwise.

Something about the beams of light give off a sense of hope :D. It's interesting that the drawing is
not a certain sad, such as being dark or moody. It's much more bright.

Perhaps the rim lighting around the man and some of the objects (light from the sky) could of been more
brighter or apparent.

Favorite thing about this is the texture on the mushrooms and the shell on her head :D Your lines
are great as always :D !

Her right arm has a strange shape when it meets with her side though.

That cold feeling. It works for this piece. Unlike most of the pieces that I've seen which have rain,
you used your blues to be like ice, especially in the lady-ghost and the guy's tatoos.

Maybe the piece could of had more shading, such as on the grave and in the background, as objects
tend to become more gray/blue the farther they go.

The emperor's electric power could be brightened a bit with bits of more blue/cyan color. Also,
the lighting from the lightning on the vest and face could use more blue.

Any way to rotate the image so that it's right-side-up? Also, it does look distracting when the
image is not cropped, but you already know that XD.

It's a nicely colored image :) . I'm guessing you used watercolour and ink pens? The best thing
about this piece is the attention to the highlights and shadows in her hair.

One thing that could be improved on is the girl's neck. It just seems a bit too long.
